and get a 1 dollar lollipop
Justin To's way= 50 dollars 1 time, 1/20 of success rate (50 coins should be able to cover about 1/20 of the thing)=1000 dollars and get 1 to a few big prize which cost about $50


Therefore, they are both not the best way to win.
